ABSTRACT
Malcolm and his wife Sarah came into the agency to apply for adoption, even though they had two birth children of their own. Th ey said that they understood that couples that were unable to have birth children would have priority for infants, so they decided to apply for an older child, in particular a 3-to 5-year-old girl.
