ABSTRACT

There are no biological differences in learning capacity between peoples – regardless of outward appearance, religion or nationality. From a biological perspective, what at times keeps people apart – such as differences in culture or behaviour – does not reflect any underlying difference at all. It has taken people centuries to accept this and, indeed, there are some people who have not accepted it yet. The conflicts between cultures, religions, ideologies and nations are not based on biological differences but on learned behaviour. All peoples have a similar capacity to learn. While most accept the principle of equal worth, it is not accepted in our schools and universities.
