ABSTRACT
Evaluation is a fundamental part of the regeneration space as we seek to examine some of the most common mechanisms used to evaluate regeneration projects. We will see that very often, the techniques employed are too simplistic and reductionist to ever fully understand the complex motivations and success factors in regeneration. Nor do they ever really stand a chance of transferring knowledge and learning onto other projects.
