The notions of and wijdān in Egyptian reformers and writers

In this part of the book, my main purpose will be to investigate the notion of as developed by Khālid and in the 1950s and 1960s. But I will also take a sideways look at some other Egyptian writers who have either commented upon the works of these authors, or reflected similar or contrasting concerns.
