ABSTRACT
In this final chapter we will unpack the structure that helps to frame supportive interventions for work with young people. That structure mirrors the process the young person takes in moving from identifying the problem, exploring the issues and setting goals, to planning and implementing action. The chapter brings together the elements discussed in previous chapters: placing theory, skills and strategies within the suggested framework. Where it repeats points made elsewhere we hope this aids clarification: consolidation is the intention.
