Summary and conclusion: Civil society, hegemony and the public sphere in Morocco

After having referred to the empirical changes that happened in the civil society-state relationship in terms of Morocco’s public sphere, it is the objective of this chapter to relate this development with the argument that I have formulated in the beginning of Chapter 1. First of all I will briefly summarize the findings of each individual chapter in order to provide the basis for the conclusion of this study.
