ABSTRACT
After Section 1.1 sets the stage, Section 1.2 presents the goals and an overview of this work. A short history of nanotechnology (NT) is given in Section 1.3. Section 1.4 lists promises and risks of NT. Section 1.5 relates previous writing on military uses of NT.
