Some frequently asked client questions 44

It has long been argued that the client holds the key to the successful health and safety management of any construction project. In terms of the CDM Regulations this cannot be denied. Through the appointment of a competent, adequately resourced team and by allocating sufficient time for the project to be properly planned, designed and constructed, the client can truly make the maximum contribution to the health, safety and welfare on site.
