ABSTRACT
Civil aviation has become a crucial industry in China, considering the increase of intra-provincial and inter-provincial communications and its inherent impact on tourism and travel. In this regard, the Chinese authorities are making considerable efforts to liberalize it by further enhancing national treatment to foreign investors.
