ABSTRACT
The Minorities are rapidly disappearing as entities. This program of Minorities is essentially the latest phase of a conflict between the radically opposed political ideals; Ottomanism or federation of the heterogeneous, and Turkish or homogenous nationalism. The idea of nationalism and the idea of the race are the ideas of new Turkey.
