The government seems serious about tackling children’s nutrition. But is that enough to curb the appetite for junk food? With mounting evidence that what children eat can affect the way they learn and behave, it’s in every teacher’s interest to keep an eye on the mounting pile of crisp packets and drink cans cluttering the classroom.
