ABSTRACT
Civil engineering projects require grip on information from the first initiation activities onto the phase of use and maintanace, see e.g. Beheshti and Van der Veer (1988) and Booij et.al. (1988). For many tasks in civil engineering projects there are already suitable supporting tools available, e.g. models for calculation of physical dimensions of constructions, CAD-programs for designing activities, information systems for project management, etc..
