ABSTRACT
An inter-professional association which groups together industrial syndicates and federations concerned with construction (governed by Law of 1901 ). AIMCC is an official organization representing industries with the aim of solving common problems in the building and construction sector. Established at the initiative of the Ministry of Industry and Research, formerly known by the title: Association pour I'Etude des Materiaux et Composants pour Ia Construction (AEMCC). This was altered on 14 January 1976 to Association des Industries de Materiaux, Composants et Equipements pour Ia Construction (AIMCC). Main fields of work Objectives: to assist in defining an industrial policy for construction; to assist in strengthening industrial representation in construction.
