ABSTRACT
Designed to address the potential of Kirton’s theory to the study of school as an organization, this study purported to illuminate the complexities inherent to the interaction between the teachers’ creativity styles and their pedagogical action.1 The study developed in a twofold dimension: identification of the teachers’ styles of creativity; and characterization of their preferred pedagogical practices in the light of their dominant personal styles as adaptors or innovators.
