ABSTRACT
Brindley Place and the National Indoor Arena (NIA) are located in Birmingham on a 26-acre derelict site behind the International Convention Centre (ICC) in the Broad Street area of the city. The history of the area and a great deal of the background have already been covered in the first sections of Chapter 9.
