ABSTRACT
Assessing the lessons from the case studies needs to be carried out in relation to other flagship and development trends as well as to the rapid pace of policy change. There are a number of comparisons and contrasting points that need to be made from the case analysis. This is commenced by summarizing the main findings, which is the evaluation of their success in terms of the original aims and objectives.
