ABSTRACT
The following tables give, for each country, a diagrammatic summary of the structure and hierarchy of government, plus an indication of the allocation of responsibility to the different levels of government for the main forms of development plan and the authorization of development. Titles of plans shown are those for which that level of government is responsible under each country’s planning legislation.
