ABSTRACT
WHEN is a national network spanning all sectors of Higher Education in the UK. It brings together academics, administrators, students and support staff from all disciplines and at all levels in HE. Its aim is to further the position of women in HE and change the climate of HE to one where all women can reach their full potential.
