ABSTRACT
Objectives of the simulation In the previous chapters the project management methods and current and emerging tools and techniques that support integrated building design have been described. In the opening chapters a conceptual model, based on previous building project management applied research was proposed as being fundamental to these integrating applications in practice. Given that not all the necessary tools and techniques are widely and freely available in practice, especially to small to medium-sized practices, the demonstration in this simulation will be limited. However, even a consideration of the limitations will be a benefit in that it will reveal the existence of gaps in either the computer tools and techniques or the project being managed.
