ABSTRACT
I think I can claim that political theory is a subject entirely appropriate to a university. Not only has this University deemed it so, but it has a long history: Plato’s Laws (as well as his Republic and ‘other dialogues) and Aristotle’s Politics prove that political theory was one of the original ‘academic’ subjects.
