ABSTRACT
There are six reports contained within Appendices A-F. You will note that certain clauses appear in each one. The ones detailed below are not exhaustive and you are recommended to study the reports.
Those with a cynical nature may conclude that these are ‘get out’ clauses. This is not the case. These clauses should be included because the client has to realize that there are limitations in any survey and common sense dictates that these be brought to the client’s attention.
