Managing the anti-bullying project in school

In practice, one of the most uncertain stages in the development of whole-school anti-bullying policies is the initial phase, when the school management or a newly constituted project team has the challenge of persuading colleagues to give the issues some priority amongst the flow of events in school. The organisational theories referred to earlier can give some guidance.
