ABSTRACT
Photoshop CS5 can only be run on the latest Intel-based Macs running Mac OS 10.5 or later including Snow Leopard. The minimum RAM requirement is 1 GB, plus Photoshop CS5 requires an estimated 2 GB of free hard disk space to install the program. The display is one of the most important components in the people computer setup. The Mac and PC operating systems encourage the people to place all image files in the users ‘Pictures’ or ‘My Pictures’ folder. In the lifetime of the Photoshop program, the people have seen many different storage systems come and go: floppy disks, Syquests, Magneto Optical the list goes on. Photoshop CS3 allowed JPEG and TIFF images to open via Camera Raw, for the first time, as if they were raw files. A TIFF format file saved in Photoshop 6.0 or later can contain all types of Photoshop layer information and a flattened composite is always saved in a TIFF. .
