ABSTRACT

The next chapter contains resources that apply to all churches regardless of worship style. It begins with an overview of what should constitute a properly designed sound system no matter what kind of church is under consideration. Chapter 20, an overview, is written explicitly for architects or church committee members who may know absolutely nothing about sound systems or acoustics. It is not intended to be definitive or scientific. The rest of the section is much more rigorous, reviewing some of the more important acoustical attributes that pertain to churches.
