ABSTRACT

Adobe Bridge can be accessed as a standalone application, or animators can easily find the Browse Files command in any of the Adobe products, which allows animators to open Adobe Bridge to browse files. Adobe Bridge provides a better workflow by handling files such as viewing files, sharing files, organizing files, applying image processing commands in Photoshop directly from Bridge, and managing resources. The main menus, or the top menus, include most of the important commands in Adobe Bridge; some of the commands are represented within the panels, and others can be reached only through the main menu. The Compact mode is a smaller version of the Bridge user interface that shortens features in the full view to just the panels necessary for animators to view resources, resources paths, and search for and rate resources. Adobe Bridge CS5 comes with a new Mini Bridge version that allows animators to use Bridge functions easily from within Adobe applications such as Photoshop.
