ABSTRACT

The Leadership Roadmap identifies the most direct path to total organizational success. Achieving this success involves a never-ending process of becoming all a person and their organization are capable of becoming. An organization that lacks a clear understanding of its identity will inevitably wander aimlessly, misdirecting its efforts and squandering its opportunities. Conversely, an organization with a thorough understanding of its identity is poised for success, as it is most capable of making focused, efficient, and timely decisions. Possibly the largest issue facing executives today is how to handle and change the culture and attitudes of the incoming younger workforce. Lean enterprise and innovation are organizational competencies that encompass all the work of an organization. Leadership and organizational development, rooted in the Immutable Realities and originating at the executive behavioral level, are critically necessary to this process, and it is to this combination of leadership and organizational development the Leadership Roadmap speaks.
