ABSTRACT
As of this writing, Donald Trump is going through impeachment proceedings. A part of the inquiry is in regard to his leadership style. Is leadership style much in question? Whether he remains in office or not or whether he is reelected or not, his leadership style and day-to-day activities have changed the way we look at what leadership can mean. He has rewritten rules and broken glass on many tenets of leadership theory. I doubt he even knows or considers it. But time will tell the impact he has had on leadership. One thing I know, doing the right thing hasn’t changed, the path to great results hasn’t changed, and the critical role of the leader hasn’t changed.
