ABSTRACT
Communication is a complex process affected by both internal (cultural and personal values) and external factors (role, a position of authority) [40]. More than an individual skill, phraseology encompasses a range of rules which, put into context, represents a collective skill. Within this frame, these rules could be incorporated into Medical Team Training programs and to some national health authorities’ projects, such as the Teamwork Continuous Improvement program conducted by the French High Health Authority.
