Surpluses and misalignments book
This last part discusses the surpluses and misalignments between people and their organizations. The issues of this last part analyze the typical characteristics of the management of these surpluses in the various phases of the life of the person and the organization. Special attention is given to how they handle surplus as a young person, and how do they do it when they are old, given the importance of biodiversity in the organizational life. A central issue is the cure and preservation of the multi-dimensional dimension of vocations, although values-based organizations (VBOs) tend to reduce the complexity of people in order to make them fit into the organization design.
