ABSTRACT
Chapter Two provides the reader with an overview of the basics of document design: fonts, color and shading, accessibility, and continuity. Stage managers are encouraged to consider the intended audience and distribution method in order to best utilize visual design principles to create reports, charts, and other paperwork for a variety of user groups including actors, designers, and technicians.
