ABSTRACT
This chapter focuses on two-voice counterpoint, sequence, imitation, subjects, and answers. The objective is to create tonal independence in singing when performing each line of counterpoint with “Play-and-Sing” exercises, and duets. A play and sing exercise is provided to practice singing while accompanying the keyboard.
