The Goal Tree

When everyone was back in the conference room and seated, Tom began a new presentation. “Throughout the day, we have discussed many different tools associated with the Theory of Constraints, but there are other tools, referred to as the Logical Thinking Process tools that we haven’t discussed. And while these are very important tools, we don’t have enough time left today to discuss these tools. But having said this, there is one tool that I do want to discuss in depth and that is the Goal Tree.”
