ABSTRACT
Mark arrived for work earlier than normal on Monday and was excited to start this new consulting agreement with Bob Nelson. When he looked back at what Bob had taught him, he was amazed that in such a short time, he had accumulated such a wealth of new information. He was excited to begin this new approach to improvement and felt confident that, with Bob Nelson’s help, they could combine Six Sigma and Lean with the Theory of Constraints and great things were sure to happen within his company.
