ABSTRACT
The issue of personal income distribution of laborers in the socialist economy is not only an important practical issue in the socialist economic construction, but also an important theoretical subject in socialist political economics. This chapter aims to study some change trends of the personal income distribution of the laborers in China based on the practical experience of China. The absoluteness and relativity of distribution according to work and their relationship may be expressed with figures of normal distribution and non-normal distribution. Distribution according to work is certainly not distribution according to age. However, each laborer makes different labor contributions in different stages of their working ages. It is just in this limit that we need to make a vertical-section study of the relationship between distribution according to work and age, or of the change trend of laborers’ income in each age group.
