ABSTRACT
A summary of the entire process is provided, partly as a narrative overview but mainly to serve as a checklist. Having established all necessary conditions, detailed step-by-step instructions are provided for making a print, including preparation of the paper for coating, coating methods, hydration, exposure, processing, and finally drying the print. Tonal distribution, resolution, contrast and print color, may be further controlled by using techniques such as sensitizer manipulations, hydration controls, and negative masking.
