ABSTRACT

Delivering customer journeys of value and delight requires a continuously improving, customer-centric Agile Sales organization. Without this, it will be difficult to continuously innovate to deliver new delightful experiences for customers into the future. Customers, through their buying decisions determine the success or failure of an organization. The Agile Sales concepts will develop the systems within an organization to enable continuous focus on customers and front-line teams. These systems will provide whole organization a way of capturing new ideas and executing these daily while sustaining focus on achieving strategic goals. As more organizations embrace an Agile Sales approach, new innovative ideas and concepts will arise. New techniques, skills, and capabilities will continue to evolve out of this approach as teams continually work to improve the value and delight they provide customers.
