ABSTRACT
This conclusion presents some closing thoughts on the concepts covered in the preceding chapters of this book. The book reviews more than 30 different types of support programs for autistics. It summarizes literature reviews, meta-analysis studies, and single academic studies with a rating of the support program’s efficacy for autistics provided. The book presents recommendations for where more research could be conducted in the future. The book discusses the potential peer-reviewed studies of interest that were published in English from Google Scholar, Springer, Taylor & Francis, SAGE, and PubMed, with no restriction on date range. The book examines academic research up until 2019 and discusses new research or studies.
