ABSTRACT

The chapter discusses ethical decision-making and the most common issues in media law. The chapter ends with both The Radio-Television Digital News Association (RTDNA) Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct and The SPJ Code of Ethics. The bottom line: Get the facts right and behave like a responsible and caring human being.
