ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses the basic building blocks of TV newscasts: news, weather and sports. Earlier chapters deal with putting together news for TV; this chapter discusses how to put together sports and weather for TV news. There are also weather and sports reference sections that define terminology for both sports and weather.
