ABSTRACT

Chapter 16 covers the deliverables that a projection designer must generate to communicate their design ideas to other members of the team. Section one covers draftings, such as ground plans, projection plans, centerline sections, and rack drawings. The next section addresses different design graphics, such as mood boards, storyboards, and mock-ups. Finally, the last section introduces different diagrams and paperwork used by the projection designer, such as scene breakdowns, cue sheets, IP/timecode/surface tracking sheets, work lists, department notes, and more. Field research is also included, featuring an interview with projection design Caite Hevner.
