ABSTRACT

The last case study we review involves Kyle, who has a history of low-level HR complaints from women against him. He eventually crosses the line into a quid pro quo statement and is disciplined by HR. We score the case on the Incel Indoctrination Rubric (IIR), providing comments on our methodology. Next, we provide an initial threat assessment with recommendations. We list treatment goals for therapy and examine one of those goals from using reality therapy and another using change theory.
