ABSTRACT

Chapter 8 describes strategies for creating annotated bibliographies and citations with online tools: BibMe, Citation Machine, Cite This For Me, Citefast, and Zotero. The chapter then discusses strategies for using and creating annotated bibliographies in the context of collaborative research and group projects, creating a shared document, creating a shared workspace, and using tools such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. Finally, Chapter 8 discusses the potential for publishing annotated bibliographies in print and online, including brief discussions of the bibliography, and the use of tools to create annotated bibliographies online with digital humanities software, apps, content management systems, and bibliography generators: Diigo Web Collector, EndNote, Evernote, Mendeley, NoodleTools, Omeka, PowerNotes, Scrivener, and Zotero.
