Play and nature – the ludic process and risky play

In this chapter we further explore play – what it is and why it is so important in a natural setting, and we examine risky play, revisit the nature play cycle and how this interacts with the ‘ludic process’ (ludic means play), and expand on the attributes of a nature play facilitator.
