ABSTRACT

This discusses how to provide the finishing touches to the case study, and provides additional resources to supplement the case. Most case writers begin with delivery to their own class in mind. The case can often be supported using additional resources that are used either to set the scene, reinforce key messages of the case, or authenticate the reality of the story contained within the case. There are many different routes that a case writer can take to ensure their case has broader impact and appeal. Cases can be redeveloped for publication into learned journals and into some practitioner journals for teaching and learning purposes. Case study organisations that host such repositories often serve to provide a platform for us to showcase our resources to the wider academic and professional development community.
