ABSTRACT
The final chapter contains case materials that can be used as examples and illustrations. The three full cases include one field research case (Trimming the FAT: change at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade), one desk research case (Monarch Airlines) and one case based on the author’s personal experiences (Ereuna Research − Ethical Dilemmas with Big Data Analytics). In addition, there is an accompanying teaching note for the Ereuna Research case and links to an annotated version of the Monarch Airlines case.
