ABSTRACT
This chapter shows how we move from physiological dependance on an adult to emerge as an autonomous adult. In industry, a quality management system is a collection of business processes focused on consistently meeting customer requirements and enhancing their satisfaction. It is aligned with an organization's purpose and strategic direction. To maintain control of their quality management system they operate within the defined borders of their system. The quality management system will include the collection of processes focused on consistently meeting the customer requirements and enhancing satisfaction. The quality management system will align with the purpose, and strategic direction, which is to manufacture a 5-star career. All companies and all people have a system; the key is to transform it into a quality management system. In developing controlled processes, it's critical to design steps for which one can control the outcome, including the quality of the output that contributes to the next step.
