ABSTRACT

Accepting that your life, and your career, are products is the key to understanding how the science of quality management applies to a career. Life in all its complexity is rarely logically related, systematic, and/or rarely takes place in a definitive manner. Industries across the globe rely on quality management systems (QMS) designed to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. The QMS ensures that the product or service is produced as planned. A philosophy is a set of principles for guidance in practical affairs; essentially, it's the beliefs or opinions that guide the thoughts about all kinds of practical, daily life scenarios. Mindset is like a tight weave fused by concrete. Each thought is essentially the result of the years-long biological process the brain went through to end up what it is today. Instantaneous reactions to everything one see, hear, or touch are the result of complex, behind the scenes, mental processing.
