ABSTRACT
This chapter presents a course to find unconventional ways to cultivate quality relationships with educators in our schools. In a school setting, teachers look to their class as the people they are called to serve. In leadership, school leaders look to the teachers as one group of people they are called to serve. Learning is more complex, more innovative, more exciting, and more challenging than ever before. Educators are constantly finding new ways to entertain and engage students while keeping up with the changing face that social media and other outlets play in a child’s life in and outside of school. School leaders have a very unique opportunity to have front row seats in any class, at any time.
