Students are so much more responsive to teachers who genuinely like them, and this often translates into better behavior. But the best classroom management is about controlling behaviour, it’s about winning over the kids – building those connections. Classroom management is so much easier when you have rapport with the kids. Getting to know your students makes all the difference.
