ABSTRACT

I’m back in your office. It’s getting near lunchtime now. You haven’t said anything for the past hour, while you’ve listened to me talk about these new rules of equity, and the only solution I can possibly see to the inclusion crisis in corporate America. Your head is down. I stop talking. A minute passes. Then you lift up your head, and like Jasmine all those years ago, you say two simple words: “Thank you.”
